Abhishek Singh
Founder & Chairman
Born in 1978, Abhishek started Ambrosia at the age of 26 with a staff of 6 at its first
outlet of No. 19, Baghdad Street on 27th Oct 2004. A scholar for 6 years, Abhishek
graduated with a Degree in Computer Engineering from National University of Singapore
in 2001 and started his first business venture of Ambrosia Café Private Limited in 2004
from his personal savings.
A culinary expert, Abhishek is the driving force behind the romance of Ambrosia from it's
founding days to its current market presence. From designing the menu to developing the
dishes to the interior design and service standards at Ambrosia, Abhishek takes on an
active role in every aspect of Ambrosia's product offering to its customers.

Gunjan Tewari
General Manager (Singapore)
Mrs. Gunjan Tewari has 19 years of extensive knowledge in hospitality industry ranging
from hotels, resorts, restaurants, in-flight catering and event management. With a
bachelor's degree in Commerce and Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management,
Mrs. Tewari is overall responsible for all the daily operations of the business. She is also
responsible for ensuring product consistency, product evolution and meeting the growth
targets of the business.

Ajay Negi
Culinary Director
Joining the Ambrosia team in July 2007, Mr. Ajay Negi has more than 15 years of
extensive knowledge in the business of culinary development and delivery. With
tremendous expertise in many of the world's cuisines including the countries of the
Mediterranean region and middle-east, Mr. Negi is relentlessly committed to taking the
dining experience at Ambrosia to the next level.

Jonathan Francis
Operations Manager
Joining the Ambrosia team in April 2008, Francis has been responsible for the
operations of F&B outlets in clubs and well-known restaurants.
He is overall in-charge of operations and ensuring all staff adhere to the standard
operating procedures during operations. He is also responsible for management of
customer satisfaction.

Meghna Agrawal

Ms Meghna Agrawal is one of the founders of Ambrosia Cafe Pte Ltd and a major
shareholder in the Company. During its founding years, Ms Agrawal actively contributed
towards the product development, marketing and operations of Ambrosia. Her
intellectual and creative contribution towards the early growth of Ambrosia is instrumental
in establishing Ambrosia as one of the most unique restaurants in Singapore.
Ms Meghna Agrawal conducts regular meetings with the Management of Ambrosia to
provide direction and instill creative direction towards the strategic and long term product
policies of the Company.
